Bundle Up

Mmmm….. The smell of pumpkin spice everything, the leaves crunching and the crisp cool air; It’s FALL, ya’ll! With the changing of the seasons, comes a new wardrobe filled with all things warm and cozy and lots and lots of Faux Fur Vests!  Vests are not only the practical option when the temperatures dip, but an oh-so fashionable statement piece.  I literally plan looks around my favorite faux fur vests!  I have been waiting (super impatiently) to share this new faux fur vest I got from local boutique, Uniquities, in Raleigh, NC.  Uniquites is a one stop shop for me and one of my absolute favorite designer boutiques!! They carry all the brands I love and the sales associates are always SO HELPFUL!  This particular vest is by designer, Matison Stone.  I couldn’t find the link to this exact one, but I found a few similar ones I have linked below.  It is so amazingly comfortable and not too thick!  I love fur vests, but sometimes they can make you look bigger than you are and this one definitely doesn’t do that!  I am so in love with the buttery color it is, it literally can go with anything!

 

If you don’t remember anything else from this post remember designer: ROWEN!  These black gold studded flats are the show stopper of any FALL outfit!  They are the absolute most comfortable flats I own and not to mention super chic!  I am so in love with all of their ‘Hindman’ flats and they come in so many amazing colors, but don’t debate your purchase long because they have SOLD OUT two years in a row!!  The beautiful painting in the background is one that my talented sister, Anna Dickens, painted and I had to show it off because it matched my flats!!

This amazing plaid is from Banana Republic and so versatile! Once again, PLAID is going to be a FALL staple and this blue plaid is so amazing and can be easily dressed up or down! I paired this ‘boyfriend’ shirt with my latest, BLANKNYC Faux Leather Skinnies! These skinnies have the perfect amount of sheen and are so comfortable and stretchy!  These pants are under $100 and, in my opinion, are a lot of bang for your buck!

Now all you need is some hot chocolate and you are ready to face whatever the day holds!
