Friendsgiving Party Idea

I’m so excited to share with you all a Friendsgiving party idea, since Thanksgiving is NEXT Thursday!  This idea is a fun festive way to get into the Holiday spirit and spend quality time with loved ones.

All you need is a group of your besties and a bunch of appetizers, desserts and drinks.  A fun/festive idea is for everyone to bring their favorite dip as well as a recipe card to share!  Sharing your recipes can help give you ideas for upcoming Christmas parties and get together’s!  Dips are a fun and relaxing party idea that gets everyone moving around, talking and munching!  I love to have a wide variety of dips such as Ranch Dip with Veggies, Rotel Sausage Dip, Spinach Artichoke Dip with softened pita, buffalo chicken dip with Tostitos scoops and maybe even a crab dip!  Having a wide variety allows something for everyone!

One of my FAVORITE Dips is ROTEL Dip:

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese

2 (1o ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes (usually in the canned chili aisle)

Directions:

Brown the Ground Beef in Skillet or Deep Pan.

Drain.

Pour in Rotel.

Stir and let cook down some.

Cut Velveeta into cubes.

Pour into Ground Beef.

Stir until all cheese is melted.

Serve WARM with Tostitos Scoops or your Favorite Dip Chip
