Galentine’s Day, Local Raleigh Favs & Kendra Scott

This week I had the opportunity to attend a fun Galentine’s Day event, “Bouquets & Bubbly,” featuring jewelry designer, Kendra Scott hosted by Shelby Vanhoy of blog, “Pretty in the Pines” and Zelle Brown of blog, “Southern Style Blog.”  When I got the invite to this amazing get together, I was elated! Both Shelby and Zelle have such impeccable style and poise and I was excited to get to attend an event thrown by the dynamic duo.

To start the night, my great friend and fellow blogger, Danielle Davis of “Danielle Davis Style,” and I went to Blown Away Raleigh in North Hills and had our hair curled for the night.  I always love Blown Away and stylist Rose always does such a phenomenal job, she just knows what I want, “Thank You, Rose!”  After getting ready, we made our way to Fayetteville Street in Downtown Raleigh to The Glassbox!  The Glassbox is located on the 5th floor above venue The Stockroom and is the absolute most beautiful venue for a wedding shower, girls night out, day of wedding preparation and the list goes on.  If you are getting married soon or know anyone looking for a quaint venue, tell them to check it out!

As we stepped out of the elevator we were immediately greeted by sounds of laughter, clanking bottles and a spread of stunning h’orderves that were almost too perfect to eat! The Cupcake Shoppe in downtown Raleigh had made the most perfect cupcakes with such beautifully crafted flowers! If you are looking for amazing cakes or delicate pastries in the Triangle area for any event, you should definitely check them out! There was also a Nail bar by the adorable Paintbar Nail Bar located in Raleigh, a bouquet making station by Lindsay McMillan of Flowers & Flour and of course, KENDRA SCOTT jewels!

The night was filled meeting bloggers who I had connected with on social media, sharing stories and lots and lots of laughter! The night was truly perfection! As if the event weren’t enough, we were each given a special Kendra Scott gift to take home! I got the cutest Camelia Earrings in Black Pearl and I have linked them here.  For the evening I chose a flirty Amanda Uprichard peplum blouse, black J Brand ripped capris (these are soo comfy and perfect to carry into Spring) and my Valentino Rockstud pumps. My earrings are from new and upcoming designer Raven & Riley! These amazing leather tassel earrings are so lightweight and gorgeous! I can’t forget to also link my absolute “go-to” red lipstick, which is no shocker… MAC Ruby Woo.  If you have been searching for the “perfect” red, your search ends now!
