I’ve always heard that happy girls are the prettiest girls and this is so true! I got to spend this past weekend with my little sister and best friend, Jill, both of whom make my life so much happier and sweeter! I loved all of my pictures in Charleston on Rainbow Row because I had the two best photographers who know how to make me truly laugh and be myself.  Some of my favorite shots and some that will never make the blog are the ones I’m laughing hysterically at them saying things like, “Work it… Work it….” or “Run your hands through your hair” or the funniest moments where they were making my “famous poses” hahaha! I mean, but really there are only so many creative ways to photograph, am I right?! Thank you Anna and Jill for being such great sports and always being two of my biggest cheerleaders and supporters 🙂

On another note, can we talk about this dress?!??!?! In Charleston we did a lot of shopping on King St., which if you haven’t been this is where all the amazing boutique shopping is in the area and a MUST! In Charleston everything is so fun and bright and in the local shop, Bevello (there is also one of these in Cameron Village in Raleigh), they carried my favorite summer brand, Show Me Your Mumu.  I know, I know, if you haven’t heard of them before this name is so funny, but trust me their clothes are AMAZING! The first thing that ever drew me to the brand was the bohemian vibe and the lightweight fabrics.  I love a great maxi or romper and Show Me Your Mumu offers both in fabrics that are practically WRINKLE FREE!! I bought a maxi last summer and when I unpacked it at my destination it had not one wrinkle!

This blue printed maxi is called the “Hacienda” and it’s in the color Ryan’ Sea Crest (haha like Ryan Seacrest 😉 ) I went to link this dress for you all on the Show Me Your Mumu website and they are SOLD OUT in every size, but small.  However, I did a little more research and found it available in all sizes here (you’re welcome ;)). I not only love the crisp blue and white print, but the off the shoulder style as well.   There is also a flutter sleeve Mini Dress, a thin strap slip dress ,a precious two piece look and a sexy tunic in the same print! I got a size small and it fits perfect!  There was another print I fell in love with. but didn’t buy (yet) and that’s the “Light Bright” print that comes in a few pieces a few of my favorites are the Selena Top and the Lizzie Top.

Honestly, everything from Show Me Your Mumu is precious and I want it all! I hope you all had an amazing Easter and got to spend it with friends and family! Happy Monday everyone!
