AHHHH!!!! I can barely believe it, the blog is finally TURNING ONE this Saturday, September 3rd.  In some ways it feels like it has been a year and in many other ways it does not!! I can’t believe how fast time flies when you are doing something that you truly love!  I have learned so much about myself this past year, but mostly I have gotten to connect with so many of YOU who make what I do possible with your love and support!! I know that WITHOUT A DOUBT, I would not be where I am today if it were not for ALL OF YOU, THANK YOU!! Blogging has been a dream of mine and a journey that I was both excited and unprepared to begin!  Each day I am continuing to learn so much! To be honest, most days I am totally winging it with a smiling face!  Throughout this year there have been some absolutely AMAZING TIMES as well as TRIALS!! A day in the life of a blogger is one that may seem super GREAT and it is, but it’s A LOT OF PLANNING, ORGANIZATION, WORK and DEDICATION as any job or passion is! Some of my most memorable moments are the ones where some of you shared that you enjoyed my writing, the outfit inspiration or when you all would share your tips with me! I have loved connecting with you all more than you will ever know!! Of course, working with brands that I have enjoyed and loved for years is also something that I can not even wrap my mind around, still!! I would like to, “THANK,” all of those companies who thought enough of me, to want me to represent their products/services, “THANK YOU!”  I am continually in awe working with so many amazing people and brands and owe all the success of, “Make Today a Hollyday,”  to my supporters, friends and family!!

So to say more than, “Thank You” I have gotten a few of my favorite brands together to offer some freebies to YOU ALL, the ones who make this possible, as a token of my gratitude!! I wanted to also let you know about the amazing pink dress I am wearing from Anthropologie Raleigh! I was looking for a fun, flirty party look for my anniversary shoot and when I stumbled upon this HD in Paris Bell Sleeve Dress.  The fabric is a crepe and does not wrinkle easily or cling!! It is one of my FAVORITE pieces and soo fun! I paired it with the Sam Edelman ‘Yardley’ pump and it was a match made for one another.  I also think a great black shoe with the pink will also pop nicely going into Fall.  I hope you all enjoyed this first giveaway and stay tuned tomorrow for another BIG ONE!
