Nordstrom, Nordstrom, Nordstrom… you know just how to make a girl spend her Christmas money. If you haven’t heard, Nordstrom knows that every year we all get gifts that we love, but may need to return or exchange for numerous reasons and end up back in the stores the next day so they decided to start their HALF YEARLY SALE the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS… BRAVO, Nordstrom 😉
It just so happens that I had to return a few gifts to my favorite retailer and ended up finding some amazing sale pieces! I am currently redoing a few rooms in my home and one of those is my OFFICE! I had existing cabinetry that was sort of white with a pink undertone so I repainted the walls a light white/beige with a hint of pink, so when I saw these pink pillows today ON SALE I had to order them to check them out in my space! I ordered the Fae Accent Pillow, Mira Accent Pillow, & ‘Sumptuous’ Faux Fur Pillow. I think they will look good on my creamy white sofa and will add a pop of color to my otherwise neutral space. I love the Mongolian White Pouf and the Mongolian Faux fur rug for under my chair as well, I may break down and get them before the sale ends 🙂 With the New Year there is something about redecorating and organizing a space that just feels right! I’m one of those who feels a little sad when all the festivities die down and coming up with ways to affordable redo a space is a great way to cure those winter blues!
