Southern Living Magazine Feature: 5 REASONS WE LOVE CHARLESTON FASHION WEEK
Happy Saturday, babes! Is any one else just plain exhausted this weekend?!?!? My traveling has officially caught up with me and my body! This week I had the pleasure of attending Charleston Fashion Week for the majority of the week, it ends tonight, and I had a blast! My peak of the week was seeing my little sister showcase her line on Wednesday night on the runway as an emerging designer…. she did not win, but we were so PROUD she was selected to show! I had an opportunity to interview Trace Ayala, co-founder of Justin Timberlake’s brand, William Rast which is carried in Belk stores! I even got to meet one of my FAVORITE reality show stars, Mike from American Pickers (he is INCREDIBLE!)
This week one of my DREAMS CAME TRUE when I had an article featured in Southern Living Magazine on 5 REASONS WHY WE LOVE CHARLESTON FASHION WEEK. Check out my article here and see what all you can expect if you attend the shows and how fun it is! Southern Living Magazine is one of my all time favorite subscriptions and I hope you guys enjoy reading as much as I did writing!
This past week was pretty surreal getting to hang out with some of my favorite bloggers, sit front row and see all of the amazing looks from some of the top designers like William Rast, Leo & Sage, my sister and more! If you get a chance to attend a Charleston Fashion Week , you should take it because it’s incredible and so well put together!
Below I am sharing all of the looks you see in this post along with my favorite William Rast looks that I saw on the runway! The price points of William Rast are amazing for the quality and attention to detail and this jacket is on my list!! I hope you all enjoy my Southern Living Article and I hope you all have a very restful weekend ahead!! Lots of love to you all!!

I had no idea that there was a Fashion Week in Charleston. The looks you posted are both flirty and fun as well as summer-ready. I wish I could have them all. I’m going to Charleston in May for the first time. Any suggestions of any great spots that I shouldn’t miss?
