Happy Wednesday ya’ll! Today I am super excited to partner with one of my absolute favorite boutiques, Monkees, and the launch of their limited edition bag collaboration with handbag designer Beau & Ro. If you are unfamiliar with Monkee’s, it is a franchise that got its start in 1995 with a single location in Wilmington, NC and founded by owner Dee Dee Shaw. Monkee’s began and still is a boutique where you can get cutting edge fashion and still know the store clerks by name! Monkee’s has grown extensively since its begining and there are now locations all along the east coast and midwest!
When I was in college I had my first experience at Monkee’s and quickly fell in love with all of the amazing brands and unique designers that they carried! I would travel to Caroline Beach during the summer’s to my families home and would always make a special trip over to Monkee’s of Wilmington to check out what they had and what was trending because they were ALWAYS ahead of the curve on fashion and new designers! As time has passed Monkee’s has still stayed near and dear to my heart and I am happy to call many franchise owners, friends! So today is EXTRA special because I am partnerning with Monkee’s to unveil a special handbag designed EXCLUSIVELY for their franchise with amazing handbag designer Beau & Ro!
Beau & Ro handbags are so fun and incredibly crafted and this handbag that was designed in collaboration with Monkee’s is just that, INCREDIBLE! When I first agreed to the campaign I was so excited to see the bag, I knew the handbag would be incredible, but IT SURPASSED all of my ideas of what the bag would be! First of all, I am obsessed with the leopard print! Leopard is always in style, but this Fall leopard is the IT print! The print goes with anything and everything and makes any outfit a statement! I paired this clutch with two different type of looks both casual and dressy! I am a huge fan of the clutch style and large tassel details as well! The attention to detail is what makes this bag different than others and make it a must have!
