Happy Wednesday friends! I have spent the week honestly just watching the news, the press conferences, the predictions about all that’s going on and to be honest I got anxious…. I let the Devil put a little fear in my mind about the future! I quickly shook it and prayed to God to show me TRUTH and these Bibles verses were laid on my heart to remember daily and share with you all if you are just overwhelmed by what’s going on in the world today!
Jeremiah 29:11 : For I know the plans I have for you, ‘declares the Lord’ plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’ – THIS IS ONE of my all time favorite verses that has gotten me through so many hard times in my life!
Isiah 41:10 ‘ Do not fear for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.’ – I memorized this verse as a young adult and it always gives me peace!
Isaiah 43:1: But now, this is what the Lord says—
he who created you, Jacob,
he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
Job 42: 2 ” I know YOU can do everything. And that no purpose of yours can be withheld from you.’
God is good and He is sovereign and IN CONTROL even when we feel like everything is going wrong and I chose to TRUST and not have FEAR! I also believe that we are the strongest nation in the world and we are going to come back from this stronger than ever because Americans come together!
