Love Never Fails

This past Friday night, I had the opportunity to attend my cousin Madeline’s wedding at the Brooklyn Arts Center in Downtown Wilmington! It was such a BEAUTIFUL night filled with music, fun, laughter, impeccable food, fellowship and of course, love! CONGRATS Madeline and Brian, I am so happy for you both and wish you all the HAPPINESS in the WORLD!

The night before the wedding we had a BEAUTIFUL rehearsal dinner at a local restaurant, 128 South, and had the absolute best time! This time of year, in the South, it’s so hard for me to decide what to wear and so for the rehearsal I chose a neutral printed dress with black caged heels! This dress is the C/MEO ‘Bounce Back’ Dress and I am swooning over this new found designer! This dress is the perfect combination of flirty and fun! It has an amazing funnel neckline that, in my opinion, make this dress so VOGUE! Not only does it have this amazing neckline, but it also has side pockets (there’s always a need for pockets!) I wore this dress from the rehearsal, changed my shoes, and went downtown walking! This dress is a new staple!

Ok, THESE SHOES!!!! I’m sooo in love with caged heels and these STEVE MADDEN ‘Slithur’ caged pumps are my new found LOVE! These shoes look like they would be so uncomfortable, but I can tell you they are so moldable and stretchy and I wore them for three hours and my feet weren’t swollen or hurting! If you are looking for a fashionable and wearable heel, this is it! In all honesty, I’m totally debating another pair 🙂
