Happy Sunday! I can’t believe its almost New Years Eve 2019! What happened to this year? I am so excited to see what the New Year will hold! I am thinking of what I want my New Years resolutions to be and right now all I have is DRINK MORE WATER! Last year I ate for convenience and not for health and was dehydrated way too often so this year I am going to EAT more balanced and really uptake my water intake! What are your goals?!
